Abbie Roy, APC

Passionate about helping adolescents, college students, and adults navigate life’s challenges, Abbie specializes in supporting individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and major life transitions. She works collaboratively with clients and families to build practical coping skills, foster resilience, and promote lasting emotional well-being.


Her treatment approach is tailored to each client’s unique needs and may incorporate faith-based counseling when desired. She is trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) for individuals ages 6 and older and utilizes evidence-based therapies including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy.


A Savannah native, she earned her Master of Education in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Auburn University and completed her clinical training at Prevail Counseling and Wellness. She has also been actively involved with Esperanza House, a nonprofit organization serving underserved Hispanic families through advocacy, education, healthcare, and community support. She brings extensive experience working with children, adolescents, families, and individuals from diverse backgrounds. PATIENTS: Age 13 and up
