WHAT TO EXPECT
First time patient appointments are typically 60 - 90 minutes. Follow up and medication management appointments are 15 - 30 minutes depending on need.
Therapy/Counseling appointments are typically 60 minutes in length.

The following Insurance plans listed below are accepted within our Practice. Some plans below may only be accepted by specific Providers. Please ensure the Provider you are scheduling with is covered under your selected health coverage. If your Insurance is not listed, please inquire when scheduling.

CASH PAY PATIENTS
For out of network patients, a per visit fee is charged depending on appointment needs and is payable upon your arrival. We accept cash as well as all major credit cards. Personal checks are not accepted under any circumstance.

Follow up appointment: 15 - 30 Minutes $95.00-$145.00

Payment is rendered at the time of service. We accept cash as well as Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. Personal checks are not accepted.
We reserve your appointment time specifically for you and you alone. For this reason, our office charges for cancellations without 24 hours notice. If your appointment falls on a Monday or following a holiday, please call or email with cancellation messages as those are monitored over the weekend. We appreciate your understanding.
