Shrink Savannah has been fully committed to providing the same high quality care via Telehealth as we do in person, however recognize that meeting face-to-face is advantageous.

Through the month of August, patients will still have the option of a virtual appointment via Telehealth or coming to the office to see your provider in person. It is recommended that our patients who might be at higher risk for severe illness from COVID-19 continue to utilize our Telehealth services (virtual appointment) rather than visit the office.

In addition to extraordinary sanitization measures, Shrink Savannah has implemented a strict protocol for the health and safety of our patients and our team, including:

  • Controlled building access with limitations to number of patients and team members.

    • Guests/family members may not accompany patients to appointments, except in the case of minor children.

  • Distancing and management of office traffic patterns to minimize interactions.

    • Patients enter through front doors / exit through back door.

  • Shrink Savannah encourages patients visiting our office to wear a mask, if you don't have one, one can be provided.

  • Hand sanitizer stations and wipes are provided in all provider offices and throughout the entire Shrink Savannah facility.

  • Individual offices and commonly touched surfaces are cleaned and sanitized between patients.

Your comfort and wellbeing are extremely important to us. If there is anything we are able to do to help make your in-office appointment experience better, don’t hesitate to let us know.
